Connecting your organic social media channels to Cavaco AI allows you to manage, schedule, and analyze your posts directly from the dashboard. This centralizes your marketing efforts, ensuring your social strategy aligns with your email and SMS campaigns.
1. Supported Platforms
Cavaco AI currently supports connecting the following organic social channels:
- Facebook Pages
- Instagram Professional (Business or Creator accounts)
2. Connecting Your Channels
- Log in to your Cavaco AI dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the left sidebar.
- Locate the integration card for the social platform you want to connect (e.g., Facebook or Instagram).
- Click Connect.
- A secure popup will appear, prompting you to log in to the respective platform.
- Follow the prompts to grant Cavaco AI the necessary permissions to manage your pages and post content.
- Once authenticated, select the specific Page(s) or Account(s) you want to link to this Cavaco AI workspace.
3. Managing Social Content
Once your channels are connected, you can start managing your content.
- Navigate to Social > My Social Content in the left sidebar.
- Here, you can view your content calendar, draft new posts, and schedule them for publication.
- You can also view analytics for your published posts, tracking engagement, reach, and clicks.
4. Disconnecting a Channel
If you need to disconnect a social channel:
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the connected integration.
- Click the Manage or Disconnect option.
