Canva Integration

Designing with Canva

Cavaco's native Canva integration allows you to access your Canva designs directly from the email template editor, streamlining your workflow and eliminating the need to download and upload images manually.

Connecting Your Account

1. Open any email template in the visual editor.
2. Drag an Image block into your layout.
3. Click Browse Images, then select the Canva tab.
4. Click Connect Canva and log in to your Canva account.
5. Authorize the connection.

Using Canva Designs

Once connected, you will see your Canva folders and designs directly within the Cavaco image browser. You can select an existing design or click Create New Design to open the Canva editor within a modal window. When you finish your design in Canva, click Publish, and the image will be automatically inserted into your Cavaco email template.

Updating Designs

If you need to make changes to an image imported from Canva, simply click the image in your Cavaco template and select Edit in Canva. Your changes will automatically sync back to the email.
