To ensure your marketing campaigns are visually consistent and on-brand, you should upload your brand assets to Cavaco AI. This centralizes your logos, product photos, and custom fonts, making them easily accessible when building emails, popups, and other widgets.
1. Accessing Your Brand Assets
- Log in to your Cavaco AI dashboard.
- Navigate to Brand > Assets in the left sidebar.
2. Uploading Images
The Images section is where you store your logos, hero images, lifestyle photography, and product shots.
- Click the Upload Image button.
- Select the image files from your computer (supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, SVG).
- Once uploaded, you can organize your images into folders for easier access.
Tip: We recommend uploading your logo in both light and dark variations (with transparent backgrounds) so they look great in any email template.
3. Uploading Custom Fonts
If your brand uses custom typography, you can upload your font files to use them in your on-site widgets and emails.
- Navigate to the Fonts tab within the Assets section.
- Click Upload Font.
- Select your font files (supported formats: WOFF, WOFF2, TTF, OTF).
- Provide a name for the font family so it's easily identifiable in the editor.
4. Using Your Assets
Once your assets are uploaded, they are available throughout the Cavaco AI platform:
- Email Editor: When replacing placeholder images in templates, your uploaded images will appear in the asset library.
- Site Widgets: Use your custom fonts and images when designing popups, banners, and recommendation widgets.
- Marketing Copilot: The AI will automatically pull from your brand assets when generating new campaign proposals.
