How Initiatives Work
When you visit the Copilot > Initiatives page, you'll see a prioritized list of recommendations. These are not generic tips; they are custom-generated for your store.
Examples of AI Initiatives:
- Inventory-Driven: "You have excess inventory of 'Summer T-Shirts'. Let's run a 20% off flash sale to customers who bought shorts recently."
- Behavior-Driven: "Your VIP churn rate is increasing. Let's launch a personalized win-back sequence for high-LTV customers who haven't bought in 60 days."
- Calendar-Driven: "Mother's Day is approaching. Let's schedule a 3-part email and SMS campaign starting next week."
Accepting an Initiative
When you click Accept on an initiative, the Copilot doesn't just give you instructions—it actually builds the campaign for you. It will generate the audience segment, draft the email/SMS copy, and set up the automation flow. You simply review, edit if necessary, and click launch.
