The Contact Profile View

Every person in your Cavaco database has a contact profile — a unified record of all their interactions with your brand across email, SMS, your website, and your store. This 360° view is the foundation of personalized marketing.

Audience - Profiles

The Profiles page shows all contacts with their key attributes and engagement metrics.

What's in a Contact Profile?

  • Identity — Name, email, phone, location
  • Purchase history — All orders, total spend, average order value
  • Email engagement — Opens, clicks, unsubscribes by campaign
  • Site activity — Pages visited, products viewed, time on site
  • Segment membership — Which segments this contact belongs to
  • Custom attributes — Any additional data you've collected
  • AI predictions — Churn risk score, LTV prediction, next purchase likelihood

Editing Contact Data

Click any contact to open their full profile. You can manually edit contact properties, add notes, update subscription status, or trigger a specific campaign for that individual.

AI-Predicted Attributes

Cavaco's AI continuously updates predictive attributes for each contact: churn risk score, predicted lifetime value, and next purchase probability. These predictions are available as segment conditions, so you can proactively target at-risk customers before they lapse.
