Site Widgets Overview
Cavaco AI provides a comprehensive suite of on-site widgets designed to engage visitors, capture leads, drive conversions, and build trust. Instead of requiring developers to build custom components, you can design and deploy high-converting widgets directly from the Cavaco dashboard in minutes.
All widgets are managed from the Site section in your left-hand navigation sidebar. They are categorized into six distinct types, each serving a specific stage of the customer journey.
1. Sign-Up Forms
Sign-Up Forms are your primary tool for audience growth. They capture emails and phone numbers from anonymous traffic, converting them into known leads that you can nurture through automated campaigns.
Key Capabilities:
- Display Formats: Popups, flyouts, banners, and embedded forms.
- Capture Types: Email only, SMS only, or multi-step forms (Email then SMS).
- Use Cases: Welcome discounts, exit-intent capture, back-in-stock alerts, and daily deal signups (including WhatsApp).

2. Content Blocks
Content Blocks are non-interactive display widgets used to communicate important information, highlight promotions, or guide visitors to specific collections without asking for their contact information.
Key Capabilities:
- Display Formats: Announcement bars (top/bottom), hero banners, and embedded content sections.
- Use Cases: Free shipping thresholds, Black Friday sales announcements, new collection spotlights, and seasonal promotions.
- Targeting: Show specific messages to VIP segments vs. first-time visitors.

3. Recommendations
Recommendations are dynamic, AI-powered product carousels or grids that surface the most relevant items to each shopper, driving higher Average Order Value (AOV) and units per transaction.
Key Capabilities:
- Recipes: Powered by pre-configured Cavaco Recipes (e.g., Best Sellers, Frequently Bought Together, Recently Viewed).
- Display Formats: Horizontal carousels or multi-column grids.
- Use Cases: Cross-selling on Product Detail Pages (PDP), upsells in the Cart drawer, and post-purchase recommendations on the Thank You page.

4. Product Reviews
Product Reviews widgets provide the social proof necessary to build trust and increase conversion rates. They display verified customer feedback directly where purchase decisions are made.
Key Capabilities:
- Widget Types: Full review lists (with photos/videos) and aggregate Star Rating badges.
- Use Cases: Star ratings under product titles on Collection/PDP pages, and comprehensive review sections at the bottom of the PDP.

5. Agents
Agents are powerful, on-brand AI assistants that engage visitors anywhere on your site. They act as a 24/7 sales associate, answering questions and guiding shoppers to the right products.
Key Capabilities:
- Display Formats: Floating chat widget.
- Use Cases: Product discovery, answering FAQs, providing personalized recommendations based on chat context, and overcoming purchase hesitation.
6. Consent Pages
Consent Pages are the branded, customer-facing destinations where users manage their communication preferences. A well-designed consent page reduces churn and ensures compliance.
Key Capabilities:
- Page Types: Email Unsubscribe and Phone/SMS Unsubscribe pages.
- Use Cases: Providing a seamless, branded experience when users click "unsubscribe" in your campaigns, allowing them to opt down rather than opt out completely.
Universal Display Rules
Regardless of which widget type you use, Cavaco AI provides a universal set of Display Rules to ensure the right message appears to the right person at the exact right time. You can control:

- Frequency: Show once per session, once per day, or stop showing after conversion.
