Learn how to invite team members to your Cavaco AI account and manage their access permissions.

Collaborating with Your Team in Cavaco AI

Cavaco AI supports multi-user access so your entire marketing team can collaborate within a single account. You can invite team members, assign them appropriate access levels, and manage their permissions from the Settings panel.

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users in the main navigation.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the team member's email address.
  4. Select their role and access level.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

The invited team member will receive an email with a link to set up their account and join your workspace. The invitation link expires after 7 days — you can resend it from Settings > Users if needed.

Managing Existing Users

From Settings > Users, you can view all active team members, see when they last logged in, and remove users who no longer need access. Click on any user's name to edit their role or deactivate their account.

Best Practices for Team Access

Follow the principle of least privilege: grant each team member only the access they need to do their job. For example, a copywriter who only creates email content does not need access to billing or integration settings. This reduces the risk of accidental changes to critical configurations.
