Workspace Management

Cavaco AI allows you to collaborate with your entire team. You can invite multiple users to your workspace and assign specific roles to control what they can see and do.

Inviting Team Members

To invite a new team member:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team in the dashboard.
  2. Click the Invite Member button.
  3. Enter the team member's email address.
  4. Select the appropriate role from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click Send Invite.

Understanding Roles and Permissions

Cavaco offers three primary roles:

  • Admin: Full access to all features, billing, and workspace settings. Can invite and remove users.
  • Marketer: Can create, edit, and launch campaigns, view analytics, and manage audiences. Cannot access billing or workspace settings.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to analytics and campaign performance. Cannot make any changes.
