Why Connect Your Store?
Connecting your ecommerce store is the essential first step to using Cavaco AI. Once connected, Cavaco automatically syncs your product catalog, historical order data, and customer profiles. This data powers the Marketing Copilot, enabling AI-driven insights and automated campaigns.
Supported Platforms
Cavaco currently supports direct, one-click integrations with:
- Shopify (Recommended)
- BigCommerce
- WooCommerce
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access Integrations
From your Cavaco dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations in the bottom left corner.
Step 2: Select Your Provider
Click on the card for your ecommerce platform (e.g., Shopify). You will be redirected to your store panel to authorize the connection.
Step 3: Authorize and Sync
Approve the permissions requested by Cavaco AI. Once authorized, you will be returned to the Cavaco dashboard. The initial data sync will begin immediately. Depending on the size of your store, this may take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour.
Verifying the Connection
You can verify that your store is connected by checking the Integrations page. A green "Connected" badge will appear next to your platform. You can also navigate to the Audiences tab to see your customer profiles populating.
