Why Connect Canva?
Canva is the world's most popular design tool, and many ecommerce marketing teams already use it to create banners, product images, and promotional graphics. By connecting Canva to Cavaco AI, you can import your Canva designs directly into the email editor and widget builder, eliminating the need to download and re-upload files.
Connecting Your Canva Account
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Find the Canva card and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to Canva to authorize the connection. Log in to your Canva account and click Allow.
- You will be returned to Cavaco with the integration active.
Importing Canva Designs
Once connected, a Canva button will appear in the image picker throughout Cavaco (in the email editor, widget builder, and asset library). Click it to browse and select designs directly from your Canva account.
Supported Design Types
You can import any Canva design as a static image (PNG or JPG). The most common use cases are:
- Promotional banners for email headers
- Product spotlight images
- Popup and widget background images
- Social proof graphics
Tips for Best Results
For email campaigns, design your Canva graphics at 600px wide (the standard email width) to ensure they display crisp and correctly sized without needing to be resized by the email client.
